Platforms
Fart Together runs on Windows PC through Steam, and that is the only official platform. The demo and the Early Access build both install through Steam, and every other platform question below has a short answer.

Controllers are a different story. Xbox controllers and the PlayStation DualSense both work on PC through Steam Input, so console players can still use the pad they know. Keyboard play is supported as well.
Fake APKs and Lookalikes
Because there is no mobile release, any site offering a Fart Together APK or XAPK is not offering the real game. Some of these files are unrelated lookalike games, such as a single-player raft runner starring a cow, and others can be unsafe. The only safe source is Steam.
Browser pages that claim to run the game are in the same category. They usually embed small unrelated web games, not the shared-raft co-op experience.
Not to Be Confused With Farm Together
Farm Together is a separate, relaxed farming game. The similar name causes plenty of mix-ups in search results, but it has no rafts, no hippos and no fart-powered physics.
